Unemployed: Day Five

I am amazed that when you are working, it seems there is never enough time in the day to do everything that needs to get done. Now, I have so much time on my hands, I am overwhelmed with how to fill it all. 24 hours seems like a lifetime of time.

Today I went out and played golf. 9 holes at Newport Beach. It was 83 degrees and sunny outside. A perfect day for the back 9. I shot a 47. Not bad. Not great. I can do better...and will.

Mom arrives on Friday for a weekend trip to California. I am really looking forward to it. Not only will it be great to see her, but it also occupies some of my time and right now, I need that.
