Unemployed: Day Twelve

So Jesus was out in the desert for 40 days and 40 nights....the season we observe as Lent. Here we are in the middle of Lent. I'm pretty sure I didn't decide to give up work right? :)

Well in this time when we are asked to give up things as a reminder of how much Christ gave up for us, blessings are being bestowed upon me. I am being GIVEN so many things.

Today was the interview I was waiting for. The one I wanted. It went well. I think so. I REALLY want this job and I just really felt when my job was terminated that this was the beginning of something great and I really think THIS is the something great.

And at lunch....this was the fortune in the cookie



I feel blessed. I feel VERY blessed. Today, I am grateful.
