Nervous

I am about to chew holes in my own hands. I remember sitting thru a business meeting about 4 years ago where a French guy sat and chewed on his hands the entire meeting. Today, that is me. I have been sitting here, a nervous wreck. To top everything, scannerbuff.net is down and I feel deaf. I feel like I can't hear a single thing around me right now and the silence makes me chew on my hands. AHHHHHH!!!!!!
